Ellis Brooklyn will launch Plum Tonic Eau de Parfum on August 11, 2026. Perfumer Nicole Mancini created the fragrance, which comes in 10 and 50 ml formats.

The opening combines sparkling mandarin, plum nectar and açaí. The brand presents the effect as cold and effervescent, inspired by the anticipation of a night out in New York City.

Peony, iris and violet leaf steer the fruit into a softer floral heart. Amber, cashmere woods and sugared musks then frame the juicy opening with a warmer base.

Despite the name, Plum Tonic skips dark, jammy fruit and a literal cocktail accord. It feels brighter and more sparkling: a fruity floral with a soft gourmand edge that moves from cold plum fizz into warm sugared musks.
