Le Monde Gourmand launches L'Essence Shirin in October 2026, co-created with Cyrus Veyssi and inspired by their Persian heritage. The fragrance comes as a 30 ml Eau de Parfum and costs $30 from the brand. Its vivid red campaign balances the bottle on split pomegranates, capturing the fruity idea without making it feel heavy or dark.

Pomegranate gems, ambrette seeds and bergamot open the composition. Pomegranate should bring tart juiciness while bergamot sharpens the edges with citrus. Ambrette introduces a soft, lightly fruity musk from the start, making the opening sound more polished than candy-like.

Transparent jasmine and a date accord shape the heart. The jasmine suggests something airier than a dense white floral, while date can add a darker, honeyed sweetness. Together, they should create a contrast between bright petals and richer fruit.

Sandalwood, amber musk and Orcanox round out the base. Sandalwood should add creamy wood, while amber musk and Orcanox extend the clean, warm glow. The result looks set to be an easy floral musk that keeps pomegranate's color without letting it dominate the entire fragrance.
