Chanel launches Paris-St. Moritz in October 2026 as the next destination in Les Eaux de Chanel. It is the collection's first fragrance inspired by winter and comes as a 50 ml and 125 ml Eau de Toilette. Olivier Polge builds the composition around pear, rose, musk and amber, while the snowy campaign places it firmly in the Alps.

A fresh fruity pear accord opens the fragrance. The pear should bring juicy brightness rather than heavy sweetness, keeping the clean and immediate energy associated with Les Eaux. It makes for a luminous start even though the story is set in the middle of winter.

Rose adds a soft floral layer and a cool, almost frosted quality. Beside pear, it sounds more transparent than romantically lush, like color and scent against cold air rather than a dense bouquet.

Musk and amber round the composition with warmth. The contrast between crisp pear, cool rose and the softer base makes Paris-St. Moritz feel like it wears its winter idea as a layer of elegant knitwear: fresh at the surface, then warm and enveloping as it moves closer to the skin.
