Creed launched Iris Debonair in September 2026 as a new Eau de Parfum in 50 ml and 100 ml. The house calls it a floral fougère inspired by Charles Creed's tailored elegance, but the note list feels far more contemporary than nostalgic.
Bergamot and absinthe open with pink pepper and cardamom. The combination should give the lavender a crisp, almost bitter edge rather than the soft soapiness that often follows a classic fougère.
English lavender, violet leaf and a fig pulp accord meet in the heart before French iris pallida, ambrette and amberwood take over. Fig adds a rounder fruit texture, while iris and ambrette point toward a dry, close-to-skin finish with a soft grain.
The pale grey bottle keeps the same cool line. Its tonal label and black leather wrap make Iris Debonair look more like a tailored autumn jacket than a traditional floral release.
